PAYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT BY TENDERING PAYMENT VIA ANY OF THE ADDRESSES BELOW, IT IS ASSENTING TO THESE TERMS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS PROVISIONS. IT IS THE PAYER’S DUTY TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF FUNDS WITH THE FIRM.

Certain cryptocurrency wallets allow for multi-coin transactions using the “.eth” and “.crypto extension.” These extensions allow users to send cryptocurrency to “plain English” addresses. PLEASE NOTE: not all wallets support plain English addresses, it is Payer’s responsibility to make sure its wallet has the appropriate functionality. Accordingly, the Firm has provided plain English addresses and traditional addresses (along with QR codes) for both BTC and ETH.
