Pay with Cryptocurrency
WARNING! Using any cryptocurrency as a payment method has significant risks. It is possible to send payments to the wrong, or even to a non-existent, address due to a single mistake when entering the payment address. SUCH EVENTS ARE USUALLY IRREVERSIBLE. The Rodman Law Group, LLC and all of its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives (the “Firm“) have no way of reversing or stopping a payment sent to the wrong address, and as such, are not responsible and have no liability for such misapplied payments. Any person or entity (the “Payer“) that chooses to tender payment in this manner understands these risks fully and represents and warrants that it has the requisite experience with, and knowledge of, cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency based payments to use bitcoin (BTC) and/or ether (ETH) to make payment(s) to the Firm. Payer shall notify the Firm prior to initiating any cryptocurrency payment. PAYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT BY TENDERING PAYMENT VIA ANY OF THE ADDRESSES BELOW, IT IS ASSENTING TO THESE TERMS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS PROVISIONS. IT IS THE PAYER’S DUTY TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF FUNDS WITH THE FIRM.
Plain English Addresses
Certain cryptocurrency wallets allow for multi-coin transactions using the “.eth” and “.crypto extension.” These extensions allow users to send cryptocurrency to “plain English” addresses. PLEASE NOTE: not all wallets support plain English addresses, it is Payer’s responsibility to make sure its wallet has the appropriate functionality. Accordingly, the Firm has provided plain English addresses and traditional addresses (along with QR codes) for both BTC and ETH.
