McKenna McAreavy

McKenna McAreavy provides top-level legal assistance to startup clients at every stage of growth. Whether through drafting contracts, revising business documents, or providing assistance with regulatory processes, Ms. McAreavy focuses on resolving legal hurdles so entrepreneurs can focus on what they do best.

Ms. McAreavy stays current on everything copyright and advocates for the optimization of technology in intellectual property registration systems. With a passion for music and a knack for forward-looking solutions, her legal expertise has come to focus on the intersection of music & technology industries. Upon passing the bar, she became involved in startup Web3 projects and learned about the Web3 community through hands-on experience.

Born and raised in the rural town of Boonville, Missouri, McKenna remained in her home state to receive her bachelor’s and law degree from Saint Louis University. While receiving her bachelors in Political Science at SLU, McKenna double minored in Legal Studies and Spanish, falling in love with travel after studying abroad in Madrid. Later at Saint Louis University School of Law, she served in multiple official functions for the Student Bar Association including Social Chair, Executive Vice President, and the unofficial role of student DJ.

Since moving to Denver in early 2022, McKenna has embraced the Denver lifestyle and enjoys skiing/snowboarding, hiking, and anything live music – especially concerts at Red Rocks.
