Mack Wilding handles cases involving breach of contract, intellectual property, trade secrets, consumer finance, banking, mortgage lending, creditor-debtor relations, real estate, insurance coverage, and employment law issues. Mr. Wilding also advises clients and manages litigation matters in the burgeoning cannabis industry.
Mack has litigated cases in federal and state court, including the District of Colorado, the Denver District Court, and the Northern District of Texas. He has significant experience in electronic discovery or ‘e-discovery,’ which allows him to put in place advantageous and cost-effective strategies for managing discovery and internal investigations.
Mack loves helping people resolve difficult issues and brings valuable experience working with clients across many different industries. Prior to joining The Rodman Law Group, Mack served as a trial attorney at Fortis Law and assisted clients to resolve complex disputes both in and out of court.
He also has four years of experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm in Denver, including a year working as a law clerk during law school. During law school, Mack was an intern with Chief Justice Nancy E. Rice of the Colorado Supreme Court and an extern with Hon. Christine M. Arguello of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Mr. Wilding graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound. Mack is admitted in the State of Colorado, and District of Colorado and has represented clients in numerous jurisdictions across the United States.
In his free time, Mack enjoys cooking for his friends and family and skiing in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
