The Rodman Law Group is pleased to announce that Katherine M. Barry is joining our team in a dual role as a paralegal and employment consultant specializing in employment disputes, best practices for company policies, and state unemployment matters.
Ms. Barry first worked in the legal industry doing marketing and technical writing for a legal software company. With experience in operations management, Human Resources, and extensive time as as a third-party representative-a position in which she worked to lower tax rates for her clients all over the country by effectively representing their best interests and advising them regarding unemployment claims and various employment situations-Ms. Barry has developed a nuanced and pragmatic approach to employment matters.
The Rodman Law group is excited to have Ms. Barry on our team and we believe that our clients will become better equipped to handle employment issues, which is incredibly important given the nature of the cannabis industry.
